ARTICLE 3. COLLECTION & ORIGIN OF DATA

All the data concerning you is collected only directly from you, when you register, when you order, when you connect and during our various exchanges (online requests, letters, telephone calls…).

In addition, data relating to your browsing on our website may also be used to target your needs and interests and to target our commercial and advertising offers accordingly.

For the management of our commercial relationship and customer care

-Data relating to your identity: title, surname, first names, address, telephone number, email addresses, customer code.

-A copy of an identity document may be kept as proof of the exercise of a right of access, rectification or opposition or to meet a legal obligation.

Data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship: requests for documentation, tests, quantities, amounts, periodicity, delivery address, order history, purchases and services, return of products, possibly, origin of the order or sale, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service, exchanges and comments from customers and prospects, person(s) in charge of customer relations;

The compulsory or optional nature of the personal data requested is specified at the time of their collection and the possible consequences of a failure to reply to you are specified in the acknowledgement of receipt.

The data likely to be processed to manage your applications (spontaneous or for a position), our recruitment and to offer you the offers that best correspond to your CV and profile are as follows:

  • Civility, surname, first name, nationality, age, date of birth, address, telephone number (fixed/cellular), e-mail address, copy of identity card, status as a disabled worker (yes/no)
  • Level of education, diplomas (year obtained and title), further training, professional references, skills, level of experience, possession of driving licence (yes/no), hobbies, motivation to apply
  • Nature of employment contract, salary level
  • Any other data that you voluntarily bring to our attention via your CV or letter of application.
  • Assessment of your application in view of our selection and recruitment decision

ARTICLE 6. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

Within the limits of their respective competences and for the purposes mentioned in Article 4, the main persons who may have access to your data are the following:

  • Our authorised personnel :

the authorised staff of our marketing, sales, administration, logistics and IT departments, responsible for handling customer relations and canvassing, and in charge of control

  • the authorised personnel of our subcontractors
  • Where appropriate, the courts concerned, mediators, chartered accountants, auditors, lawyers, bailiffs, debt collection companies,
  • Third parties likely to deposit cookies on your terminals (computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) when you consent (for more details, see our Cookie Management Charter).

Within the limits of their respective competences and for the purposes mentioned in Article 4, the main persons who may have access to your data are the following:

  • Our authorised personnel in charge of recruitment (line managers of the departments involved in recruitment, HR departments)

ARTICLE 7. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. If we do, we will inform you of the measures we have taken to ensure that the transfer of your data is carried out and that the confidentiality of your data is respected.

ARTICLE 8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

We keep your data only for the time necessary for the purposes described in Article 4 and summarised in the table presented when you click on the link below:

For commercial prospecting :

3 years from the end of the commercial relationship if you are a customer or from your last contact if you are not yet a customer.

These data are then archived for 5 years for probationary purposes, in accordance with the provisions in force (insurance code, mutual insurance code, commercial code, civil code, social security code and consumer code).

For audience measurement statistics

6 months. After this period, your data will be deleted or made anonymous.

To ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of our site, our application and their functionalities

13 months. Beyond this period, the raw traffic data associated with an identifier is either deleted or anonymised.

For the management of applications and recruitment processes:

We only keep your data for the time necessary for the purposes described in Article 4, i.e. for the duration of your employment contract if we hire you or for 2 years in the event of a negative outcome, unless you request the destruction of your file or if you give us your formal agreement to keep your data for a longer period.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, you have the following rights:

In the event of your death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, unless it is necessary to retain it for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

ARTICLE 10. LOGIN DATA AND COOKIES
